NOW WRITE, THE GOLD CROWN CHALLENGE
When I was in Junior High School, I had an English teacher who loved to encourage creativity. She would put a bar stool in front of the class and place an object on the stool. Just the object. No name. No title. No introduction or description. Just the object. And then she would say, "Now class, I would like you to write a story about what I placed on the stool." And if not an object on the stool, a picture went up on the board.
That is what this edition of my home page is all about. The black canvas is my stool. I have placed an object on this canvas. No name. No title. No introduction or description.
Now write.
Responses may be one-liners. A group of one-liners. A paragraph. An essay. A story. Whatever fits your purpose best. It's all up to you.
